Paul Webster, QC | Paul is the senior partner of O’Neal Webster and head of the firm's litigation department. He is one of the most experienced litigation lawyers in the BVI and has appeared as counsel in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Privy Council (the BVI's highest appellate Court) in many of the jurisdiction's most notable commercial cases of the past two decades. |

Vanessa King | Vanessa joined O’Neal Webster in 2001. She is a partner and the head of the firm's commercial department. Vanessa’s practice focuses principally on trusts, banking and finance and corporate and commercial law. |
Kerry Anderson | Kerry joined O’Neal Webster in 2001 and is currently the firm's managing partner. He works in the firm's commerical department where he advises domestic and international clients on a range of fund, regulatory, corporate/commercial and real estate matters. |
Christopher Simpson | Christopher Simpson joined O'Neal Webster in 2010 and his practice focuses primarily on banking and finance and corporate and commercial law where he advises a client base of leading financial institutions, corporations and law firms on all aspects of corporate finance. |
Willa Tavernier | Willa joined O’Neal Webster in 2004 and has worked in the firm's commercial and litigation departments, in the areas of corporate/commercial law, insolvency, contentious and non-contentious real estate law and commercial litigation. |
